get / ask = sth you don’t mind doing / you should do it
eg. Jesse gets me to do homework sometimes after class
make / force = sth you don’t want to do
eg. my mum makes me go to school and do my homework every night

Prince lets the old man sit down on the train.
Prince asks her dog sit, but he doesn’t want to sit, so she makes him.
