For off-cycle, from / based on my experience, the contract always provides 2 for free. However, I do not recommend using batch off-cycle as it’s not well designed or user friendly. Usually, for any urgent terminations, we can provide a simulation pay slip for the client to pay the money first and then offset the amount next month.

Today the temperature is 40 degrees C, no one want to go out like a baked meat under the sun. But still someone has to work and someone work to make other people’s life easy such as the bus drivers. Our society need people who can sacrifice to others. I give my thanks to them and appreciate a lot for their contributions.
I don’t like to turn on air condition all the day, and enjoy the hot to drop sweat and hopefully it can lose some weight also. In summer, you have a good chance to lose weight even you sit there and doing nothing. Although the hot make me a little annoyed, but I still love it as it always sunny shining day in Summer!
