Speaking exercise

Original –

I have some age gaps with my co-workers. Because I think the important reason is they are most of them are shanghainese and I am people from another place. And I think they are especially the females of my coworkers are not very nice. Because sometimes they don’t want to take their liability if they made some mistakes. They always question me and judge what I did, if it wrong. I think they don’t believe in me enough. That’s because I have no working experience before. I’m just a trainee so they give me a lot of work to train me. But at the same time they don’t believe in me enough. From another side I think I should be positive because I stayed there to improve myself, not to make friends with them. Maybe one day I’m strong enough I will leave this company and to find another job which it is really appropriate to me. Recently I have an idea, I want to go for further studying and I’m preparing for apply for  school, to go further studying.

Correction

There’s a pretty big age gap between my co-workers and I. I think the important reason we don’t get along is most of them are local and I am not. And I think it’s especially a problem with the female coworkers. Because sometimes they don’t want to take responsibility if they made a mistake. They always question me and judge what I did, if it is wrong. I think they don’t believe in me enough. Maybe because I had no working experience before. I’m just a trainee so they give me a lot of work. On the bright side I think I should remain positive because I stayed there to improve myself, not to make friends with them. Maybe one day if I’m strong enough I will leave this company to find another job which is really appropriate for me. Recently I had an idea, I want to continue my education and I’m getting ready to apply for  a school.
