Im glad we are on the same page with the the candidates, I appreciate your kind words.

Regarding your suggestion for further action please see the following:

-Candidates Kelly, Jenny and Patrick have been informed of their rejection results.

– Tony has a salary expectation much higher than our manager range, unless we upgrade this position to senior level we cannot afford his services.

– Irene has a current salary that is much higher than our range, however I am confident that her expectation can be negotiated

Can we further discuss Irene and Toms expectations this Wednesday?
