I`d like to ask for the fragrance company for fragrance ‘JL-02169’  and their lab no.

Due to the fact that Schwan`s tint pencil is to be produced in US, I believe it will be inefficient and troublesome to send the fragrance from China to the US. So, I think if they are able to get the fragrance directly from the fragrance company, this project will be much smoother and easy to manage.

If you could pass the details on to Schwan cosmetics, that would be great.
