Vocabulary

caution– 慎入

eg. Chinese people tend to be more cautious than foreigners.

sherpa– the title given to a Nepalese person who is paid to carry supplies up a mountain or along a trail.

eg. I strongly suggest you use a sherpa in Nepal if you aren’t familiar with high altitude hiking.

thali – national dish of nepal- also called dhal baat- usually vegetarian – the sherpa’s eat this and climb Mt. Everest(   爬珠穆朗玛山）

eg. I always order the Thali when I eat at Nepalese restaurants.

She rented her house out to me. I rented her house.

The landlord had many communal/shared items to use.
