meet again – Good to see you again.
I will go to with her to huanshan, my hometown – I’ll go with her to huanshan.
- used to be: was before, but not now. eg “I used to be a student.”
- be used to: you think it’s ok – eg. “I am used to the weather in Shanghai.”
Useful short phrases –
Gonna=going to – I will do something eg. “I’m gonna eat dinner soon.”
Going to – go to a place eg. “I am going to Beijing next month.”
outfit – all the clothes you are wearing. eg: “That’s a nice outfit.”
a trip – travel to somewhere. eg. “I’ll take a road trip to Qingdao.”
Game: Put the word “ONLY” anywhere in the sentence.
She told him that she loved him.
Only she told him that she loved him. – no other people love him 🙁
She told him only that she loved him. – She doesn’t love other people. 🙂
