His company is do some business on oil – his company does business in oil

But he do many different company – he worked in many different companies

Public Companies:  companies that allow you to purchase stocks, and become a part owner. (stock market)

 

Stock market:  股市

Stocks/shares:  what you buy on the stock market.  They tell you how much of the company you own.

Shareholders:  the people that own the stocks/shares.

Embarrassed (emm – barr – assed)

Hybrid car:  uses electricity or gas.

Eg.  Hybrid cars will be popular in several years.

Department (de – part – ment) = your group at work.

Apartment (ah – part –ment) = that’s where you live.

Submit:  to give.

Eg.  I need to upload every attachment in the system, then I can submit my expense report.

Submit your receipts/fapiaos:  to give your receipts to get reimbursed.

Receipts (reh – seats)

Expense report:  the form you fill out with all of your receipt information.

Daily allowance:  how much money you can spend each day and they will approve it.
