Some students prefer to work on class assignments by themselves. Others believe it is better to work in a group. Which do you prefer? Explain why?
Original:
I prefer to work in the group. The first reason is we can discuss the topic with my classmates which can help us acquire more ideas. Secondly, this can help me to avoid my deficiency. For instance, the teacher asked me and Joy who is my deskmate to make a ten minutes speech. We must vote a person to talk and another to find information. At first,I was going to talk.I was very worried about it. Thus, my deskmate instead of me doing this task, I just need to search some information.

What do you miss most about your home when you are away?

When I am away,I miss everything at my home. Especally, I miss my mother’s cooking.When I was grade 8.I have to study until 11 or 12 am, which make me feel tired and hungry.My mum cooked food for me at every night which make me feel moved and happy.

When I am away, I miss everything about my home, specially my mother’s cooking. Since I was in the 8th grade I’ve been having to study until 11pm or 12 am, which makes me feel tired and hungry. My mum cooks food for me every night, which makes me feel moved and happy. When I’m away and I don’t have my mother around I feel really sad.
