One person from my team left the company in August.  It took us two months to find a new person, and another two months to train him for the new job, so we had some very busy four months. It was useful, though. Because of this change, we noticed some risks that we hadn’t noticed before. Until August there was no one to check his data, and, as his job is so hard, he didn’t have enough time to check it by himself.
