Original Story:
This weekend I made a decision. I started running at night. I felt everyday I spend a lot of time at the office with air conditioning, no time for exercises, I began to feel weaker and weaker. I decided running is the easiest and most basic way to build up. I went running at a university playground. It’s nearby my home.
