Vocabulary

Bachelor’s Degree (n): 1- a degree that is given to a student by a college or university usually after four years of study. 2- 学士学ä½
E.g.: He has a bachelor’s degree in History.

Master’s Degree (n): 1- a degree that is given to a student by a college or university usually after one or two years of additional study, after you finish your bachelor’s degree. 2- 硕士
E.g.: Raph is currently pursuing a master’s degree at Fudan University.

Doctorate / PhD (n): 1- the highest degree that is given by a university. 2- åšå£«å­¦ä½
E.g.: I will not pursue a doctorate after I finish my master’s.

Multitask (v): 1- to do more than one thing at a time.
E.g.: It’s important to be able to multitask when you’re working under pressure

Perspective (n): 1- a particular way of considering something; a point of view.
E.g.: We need to look at the problem from a different perspective.

Aspiration (n): 1- something that you hope to achieve.
E.g.: It is important to encourage children’s dreams and aspirations.

  • I am a Bachelor of Medicine, graduated in 2005 at Xinxiang Medical College. I’ve practiced medicine for four years and then got into project managing at Clinical Research Organizations. First I worked for Hutchison Medi Pharma for four years and then was hired by Wuxi App, where I’ve been working for the past year.
