F2F Class Notes 21st April (Celeste)

Homework: Finish this story and correct the grammar.

I will have dinner with my friend and then I will go home and do the exercise at home because I have the yoga mat. Before I do the exercise I can do some warm up because yesterday I searched some warm up exercises so I learn the warm up exercises from gif . The gif taught me every motions must keep to do ten times

yoga mat

floor – inside

ground – outside

soccer/football/baseball field

baseball bat / bat – stick used to hit the baseball

10/12/24 times – reps/ repetitions

ex: For each warm up exercise you should do about 10-12 reps for each motion.

Today’s weather is very cold and snowy but, my friend and I plan to go out to play baseball so, I put on my sports clothes and shorts and prepare my baseball bat to go to the baseball field. But, when I go out the snowflakes are very beautiful but the snow is very white and hurts my eyes so I need my sunglasses. Then I arrived to baseball field I found a locker to lock my bag. Then we tried to practice to hit the ball about 10-20 reps. My friends threw the baseball away then I used the baseball bat to hit the baseball.
