Correction

In my first company there was a foreigner. We guessed he stayed in China for more than 10 years. Chinese is his daily language. Really impressive. He communicated some work things with us using Chinese. We were amazed about that.

We travelled to the Maldives. We can only speak English. We wanted to use English more frequently so we tried our best to speak English. But we only used some key words. For instance, which kinds of food we wanted to eat, which kinds of service we wanted, where we wanted to go.

We didn’t have enough opportunities to communicate with local people. Actually they were very friendly but not very talkative. We didn’t talk a lot with their service staff. In China we appreciate it a lot when foreigners speak Chinese, because Chinese people are very welcoming to foreigners. Lots of local Chinese people are very welcoming. Once they  know you can speak Chinese they will ask you some questions about yourself like how old you are or where you are from.

I think for girls the Taiwanese accent is very cute. My view is the opposite of Chen’s view. Actually, yesterday we went to the gym. We just wanted to look at the gym environment. We discussed that we would just look at the environment and not pay the money for the membership. There was a Taiwanese girl who introduced the environment to us. The price was much lower than we thought so we paid the money immediately yesterday. I think for girls the accent is a benefit.

When I was a student I saw some Taiwanese series and Chen Bolin is the main character in the series. I love him. This love is not the same as love with couple. So the Taiwanese accent is better for guys than the normal Chinese accent.
