Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (1997 – 2000)
Diploma in Finance Management
During this time I developed the base knowledge that would help me to understand the connection between the financial and admin side of business. In the last year of University I gained some work experience in Shanghai Hotel, where I worked in their business centre as a clerk. This helped to prepare me for my first job and taught me some computer and customer service skills as well as how to work well in a team.

Shanghai YuCai Middle School and High School (1989 – 1997)

Skills:

Communication skills: During my time as an HR manager I learned to communicate well with other department’s staff. Including gathering info about new hires during their probation period. Eventually preparing an evaluation for them.
Working well under pressure:  At the end of every year HR work is so busy, most importantly with appraisals. I always worked overtime because I had to finish all the employee appraisals. In a weekcollected all the department’s appraisals for each individual employee and organized them to avoid mistakes. This was a very important job because it was directly linked to their annual bonuses and raises.
Time management: Coordinating team efforts takes time and I believe I did it efficiently and in a timely manner. Worked closely with the GM to send out urgent notices and helped departments with any questions they had about them. To ensure all departments are on the same page.
