Vocabulary

Fake it till you make it – keep on trying and persisting in something you are not good at and eventually you will become good at it.

Drama queen – someone who is very over-dramatic and very demanding (e.g. Maria Carey was famous for being a drama queen.)

Over-the-top – similar to over-dramatic, when someone expresses an emotion unnecessary. (e.g. When the news arrived that we had been visited by aliens, some people went over-the-top and screamed “it is the end of the world!”, others just finished their drinks and went home.)

Small fry/big fish – someone who is not important/someone who is important (e.g. In this life there is only one thing that matters, are you gonna be a big fish or a small fry?)
