we have a pipeline that for leadership development and first is insight, it is you need to understand what is need to development for yourself, that is insight. sow e will usually use an assessment for a participant to help him or her know what is development. the 2nd is motivation when you understand what you need to develop you need to have motivation to develop. and the third is real practice, real practice is for example you know you’re fat and someone told you you’re fat and maybe for healthy or for what, you need to go to a gym or you need to workout every day. last one is accountability, work out every day until you think it’s a part of your life because development doesn’t mean for a period it’s forever.

we have a pipeline of leadership development and the first step is insight which is you need to understand what you need to develop so that is insight. So we usually apply an assessment for a participant to help them know what their development should be. The 2nd step is motivation which involves being driven to develop yourself once you have an understanding of what you need to develop. The third step is real practice, which is, for example, you know you’re fat and someone told you that you need to work out every day maybe for health or for whatever. The last one is accountability. Which involves, for example, working out every day until it becomes a permanent part of your life, rather than a temporary one.

teaching, which involves sitting with students and talking, is fun.
