Condo – condominium – a city apartment at a high level

Picky – to have high standards about something small
eg. you’re really picky

Equilibrium – a stable situation in which forces cancel one another

Stock market – an exchange where security trading is conducted by professional stockbrokers
eg. i like to invest in the stock market

Broker – a businessman who buys or sells for another in exchange for a commission

Disabled – people collectively who are crippled or otherwise physically handicapped

Rookie – freshman / learner – sb with no experience

Dominant – (adj) stronger than other
eg. rookies are never the dominant staff at a company
