boss: self motivated and good team player, deliver outstanding results
colleagues: influence them
helpful on their job – I help them with their job/work
influence sb – influential
stuck-up = snob / too proud
valuable – good / great / excellent / amazing / wonderful
criteria ( cry tear ee uhh )
If there is a criteria to measure the success of HR person that’s make your employee success.
If there is a way to measure the success of employees, that means that the HR is successful as well.
I want to be a success, I want to be successful.
grow up the new staff – advance/progress/mature/grow in the company
