Two weekends ago my friend and I went to the studio and played badminton. I felt very tired because I haven’t excercised in a long time(awhile). I haven’t exercised and I’ve gained 5 kilos. After I played badminton I felt pain in my muscles. My legs were very painful. My friend told me her whole body was very very painful.  But it was only my legs that were painful. The next day I woke up, my whole body felt very painful. But I was very happy because I finally exercised. After that I  think I should play  badminton  once a week. 1x-once- 2x twice
