I told you what I think a great boss needs to do.

I think he can to do more things on help us. – I think he can do more things to help us.

He do not care his staff or subordinate and I do think he lack of business knowledge. –  He doesn’t care about his staff or subordinates and I think he lacks business knowledge / he has a lack of business knowledge.

We are so busy in our daily job but he didn’t.  – We are so busy in our daily jobs but he isn’t.
