I can’t contained me very well because I always play game very crazy and I will forget the time. – I can’t contain myself   very well because I always play games very crazily and I will forget the time.

I didn’t know what “bits” meant. It means small piece or amount of sth. For example,I think they can deal with this thing perfect so I don’t mind a bit.
