The shooting competition was last night at midnight.

pistol – small gun

shotgun – long gun

rifle – big gun normally used in the army

gunman/pistol shooter / shooter – person

bullets –  little piece put into the gun

magazine/clip – the thing where the bullets are put

eliminate – to get rid of

pull the trigger
