In Summer, We like to barbeque at night.Its best partner is beer. We roast meat, seafood, vegetables and fruits. We can roast food by ourselves or not. Usually, we barbeque with friends or family. The hot food is crawfish. They can live in river, lake and sea. But it tasted different everywhere. Of course it has different price. In China, we have a lot of well-skilled chefs, so you can taste all kinds of flavors. My favorite flavor is spivy. If you ever eat crawfish, it’s difficult to you. Because it has a hard shell.
I think the barbeque keeps us in close contact. We can talk about something with friends or family and share happy and sad. It’s a good idea to reduce stress. we can enjoy the night togrther and forget trouble.
