Halloween is a celebration observed in a number of countries on 31 Oct. Halloween activities include trick-or-treating, attending Halloween costume parties, caving pumpkins,lighting bonfires, telling scary stories and watching horror films.
These years this celebration is very popular in China. You can see the decoration in lots of stores, bakery, etc.
Our residential department organized a Halloween party on last Sunday and invited all the people to attend, especially the kids. The main procedure of this event 1) The kid costume show, it would be evaluated by several judges which were selected from our neighborhoods. There would be several different prizes.
2)trick-or-treating, there would be 10 candy points in different areas. The kids would find the candy points based on the map. The kids were divided to several teams which included a team leader who was a older kid, a volunteer from the my neighborhood who would look after the little kids, 5-6kids.
3)Prepared the candies and then put them in the candy points.

I decided to make the simple vision of Nougat by myself since I was very interested in making some handmade snacks. I would like to share the procedure of making the Nougat.
1. Prepare the materials: cotton candy, butter, nuts, cranberry(not a must)
2. tools, non-stick pan, kitchen scale, try
3. Roast the nuts with around 15mins and the temperature around 170′
4. Remove the peanut coat and crush into small pieces
5. Put the butter into the heated pan till all of them is melted.
6. Put the cotton candy into the pan till all of them is melted and sticky
7. Put the peanuts and cranberry into the mixture
8. Keep stiring the mixture and make sure they are well connected
9. Then get all of them in the tray and make them flat and even in good shape
10. Put it into fridge for shaping
11. Cut into small pieces with around 2cm*1cm*1cm
Done.

My handmade candies are very popular and the kids like it.
