The salary ranges which we provided include all allowances. For L4 employees, the range includes 600RMB meal allowance. When we compare the salary with the range, we should minus the allowance from the range. So the salary for this applicant is not below the minimum.
According to the applicant’s education background, working experience and current total package, we offer her this salary and the total package is about **K/year, which include variable pay and benefits(allowance). It’s a very high rise for the applicant and she accepted it. It is also in line with our policy.
