perceiving the beauty of nature.
Two years ago, It was a beautiful sunshine and breeze afternoon , I was walking in the Queen park in London where are planting thousands kind of Roses.
I putted my nose to smell the fragrance of every rose. it was a delightful and amazing experience to perceive the beauty of nature.
I noticed there was an Asian couple whom hold a big i screen pad , The lady took every picture from Roses then turned around said to her husband : I got all the Roses , let’s go home to watch the flowers. I was shocked by seeming that. Humans forgot how to perceive the nature with their senses. touching, seeing , smelling, tasting and hearing which those are most direct way to connect with the Earth and others being.
This often happen to the yoga practitioners. they’ve learning perfect techniques, precise anatomy appreciation but they forgot to breath, forgot to put their noses to Roses, forgot to drop the tools what they’ve learned.they looked like robots. please soften your self and breathing into the poses allowed the waves of sensation wash all over the entire body again. be organic.

perceiving the beauty of nature.
Two years ago, It was a beautiful sunshine filled afternoon with a cool breeze. I was walking in the Queen park in London where thousands of different kinds of Roses have been planted.
I took the time to smell the delightful fragrance of every rose and I can tell you, it was an amazing experience to perceive the beauty of nature so clearly and with such purity.
I noticed there was an Asian couple who was holding a large iPad. The lady took a picture of every rose then turned around and said to her husband : I got all the Roses , let’s go home to look at the flowers. I was shocked by that. Humans seem to have forgotten how to perceive nature with their senses. touching, seeing , smelling, tasting and hearing are the most direct way to connect with the Earth and other beings.
This often happens to yoga practitioners. They’ve learnt perfect techniques and precise anatomical knowledge application but they forgot to breathe, forgot to put their noses to Roses, forgot to drop the tools that they’ve learned. They look like robots. Please soften your self and breathe into the poses allowing the waves of sensation to wash all over the entire body again. Be organic.
