We are approaching to the point where our external auditor’s contract comes to an end of three years term. We are going to proceed new vendor pitch to support our company to safeguard the Good Received execution and ensure more efficient process.

In the last three years, with the efforts from each and every one of you, we have identified different type of risks, set up the standard on changing process and handling of reusable material & gifts, reject wrong claim charges which saved our company in millions (I would like to say money). We would like to keep it going and to invite you to participate on the vendor selection.

Below are the 5 vendors invited in the upcoming bidding process, which planning to be held on next Monday and Tuesday ( 13-14 Nov). we will send out the meeting invitation to you shortly.
