Q: Can you introduce yourself in about 2 minutes?
A: I am Ruby who is a typical Shanghai girl. I graduated from BCU with a masters degree in 2010 and got my first job in the spring of 2011 as a GM secretary. Form 2012 to 2015, I serviced for a wine company as a recruiter. Now I worked in a Pharmaceutical company to in charge of the recruiting job for two mainly business units which are Cosmetic and Consumer.

Q:Give me a summary of your current job description.
A: As a recruiter, I have around 5 years related experience. To be specific, I do budget control, HC forecast, talent search, and channel management.

Q:Why did you leave your last job?
A:Actually, I am still in my job now. I want to seek for a new opportunity because I think there is no good development space in my current role and I hope I can reach a higher level in my career.

Q:Are you a multi-tasked individual?
A:I am in charge of two mainly business units recruiting job in my company now. And I think I am the person who can handle multi-task at mean time and arrange everything good.
