The effective way to manage anger.
Sometimes I think about my personality. I am very sensitive so I easily get angry. And I am a hot temper person so sometimes I am aggressive. Because getting anger causes stress it is not good for health. So I decided to manage my anger and tried to control my sensitivity level. To see bad things like someone spit on the road makes me annoy so I started to wear sunglasses to see these things less than without wearing it. To avoid hearing noisy sound I always bring earphone or earplug. Even I put the earplug when I sleep because it helps me to fall in a deep sleep with unnecessary sounds like electronic devices sounds , dog barking sound or Mobike sounds which someone turning on/out the bike on the road is.

For fundamental care I need to channel my anger. For example when people get angry they breathe faster than normal and it affects blood flow and blood pressure then these make the face turn to red that means I am angry. On some occasions I had to keep poker face but because of this problem my feelings always have been discovered.
So I try to channel my anger into sports like yoga or running. Doing yoga is the best way to find my inner peace and my own breathing cycle and running helps me to destress especially when I am sweating. Slow and steady I will change my negative personality into positive.

The effective way to manage anger.
Sometimes I think about my personality and I think I am very sensitive so I easily get angry / i get angry easily / it is easy for me to get angry. Also, I have a bad temper so sometimes I am aggressive but as getting angry causes stress, it is not good for health / it is unhealthy. So, I have decided to manage my anger and I have started to try to control my sensitivity level. To see bad things like someone spit on the road makes me annoyed so I started to wear sunglasses to see these things less than without wearing them. To avoid hearing noisy sounds I always bring earphones or earplugs and I even put earplugs in when I sleep because it helps me to fall into a deep sleep with unnecessary sounds like electronic device sounds , dogs barking or Mobike sounds like someone turning on/off / locking or unlocking the bike on the road.

For fundamental care  (what do u mean?) I need to channel my anger. For example when people get angry they breathe faster than normal and it affects blood flow and blood pressure which makes the face turn red, meaning they are angry. On some occasions I have to keep a poker face but because of this problem my feelings are always discovered.
So I try to channel my anger into sports like yoga or running. Doing yoga is the best way to find my inner peace and my own breathing cycle and running helps me to de-stress especially when I am sweating. Slowly and steadily I will change my negative personality into a positive one.

Congrats Nina, that’s awesome to hear. Being happy and positive is super important for health and general well being… as well as the fact that it makes you nice to be around for others. Lots to learn here in terms of English, so review it next class and ask a lot of questions to ensure you understand the corrections 🙂Â
