Difficulty in sleep
To most people, the first day of new year is a good beginning. However, I am not in the most of people.
On January first, my mother’s friends visited our family at 10:00 am. My parents and I were busy preparing food in the morning. At noon, we enjoyed delicious lunch. At 2:30 pm they left. At that time I was very tired and wanted to have a nap. But I also wanted to go to the gym. To enhance/increase/improve my energy, I took a tiny spoon of pre-work out/nitrogen pump before going to the gym. During the gym, I felt very energetic/vigorous. However, since I was afraid that I couldn’t fall asleep at night, I not only trained my shoulders but my legs for about two hours.
unfortunately, I still couldn’t sleep at night. I had no idea with this problem. I had to look at my phone to kill time until 2 pm. I supposed/was supposed to work out on the next day, but it seemed to be impossible.
On the second day in the morning at 9 am, I woke up. I felt headache and dizzy. In this state/condition, I didn’t think I could go to the gym. But I said to myself: don’t be lazy, go on, you can do it. I took a tiny spoon of nitrogen pump and worked out for two hours again.
Nothing is impossible only if I insist.

Difficulty Sleeping
For most people, the first day of the new year is a good beginning. However, I am not like most of people.
On January first, my mother’s friends visited our family at 10:00 am. My parents and I were busy preparing food in the morning. At noon, we enjoyed a delicious lunch. At 2:30 pm they left. At that time I was very tired and wanted to have a nap. But I also wanted to go to the gym. To get some energy, I took a tiny spoon of pre-work out nitrogen before going to the gym. When I was at the gym, I felt very energetic. However, since I was afraid that I couldn’t fall asleep at night, I not only worked on my shoulders but my legs for about two hours. Unfortunately, I still couldn’t sleep at night. I had no idea what the problem was. I had to look at my phone to kill time until 2 am. I was supposed to work out the next day, but it seemed impossible.
On the second day in the morning at 9 am, I woke up. I felt a headache and a little dizzy. In this state, I didn’t think I could go to the gym. But I said to myself: don’t be lazy, go on, you can do it. I took a tiny spoon of nitrogen pump and worked out for two hours again.
Nothing is impossible if you really want it.
