Are you ready to learn driving a car?

A lot of my friends can drive a car. Every year, they arrange a 3-5 days trip for family or friends during the holiday or vacation. On the way, they can drive the car in shifts(by turns). Since I am not able to drive the car, every time I feel a little bit ashamed. Therefore I decided to learn driving a car.

The first step is need to pass the driving theory test. It is not too difficult for me. I spent two weeks on reading the related training material and watching the training Video. Finally I passed the driving theory test after my efforts.

The second step is actual operation. Oh, on this part, it is not easy for me. I am always too nervous to make a lot of mistakes that includes car break downs, out of control for car speed, parking in wrong place, etc. I almost lose my confidence and want to give up. My coach encourages me not to give up easily. He asked me:” Have you ever had a pet?” I answer:” yes.” “OK, great! that everything become more easiler for you. You should treat the car as your pet. You need to know/understand each part of the car pet then test them. Pls ask youself before the test, are you ready to guide your car pet?” haha, I finally conquered mental stress under coach’s humorous instructions.

The first step was that I needed to pass the driving theory test. It was not too difficult for me. I spent two weeks reading the related training material/s and watching the training video. Finally I passed the driving theory test after my efforts.

The second step is practical/actual operation. Oh, this part it is not easy for me. I am always too nervous about emergencies like the car breaking down, or speeding out of control, or parking in the wrong place, etc. I almost lose my confidence and want to give up. My driving instructor encourages me not to give up easily. He asked me: “Have you ever had a pet?” I answered:” yes.” “OK, great! then everything should be easier for you. You should treat the car as your pet. You need to know and understand each part of the pet car, then test them. Pls ask yourself before the test, are you ready to guide your pet car?” haha, I finally conquered my mental stress under my instructor’ humorous instructions.
