A new TV show “Real Man” sweeping across the internet refresh the reality show these days. It accounts a picture that eight celebrities involving actors, athletes and hosts experience the real military life. Rather than acting and being treated well, they instead perform as real soldiers and suffer a lot. The instructor is very stern and he scold them when they cannot reach his requirement regardless of their identity of superstars. What amaze me is that the TV show genuinely looks like a documentary but not a lucrative TV program. Aside from the verisimilitude of reality show which overturn the pop industry’s chronic malaise of performance, the military topic of propagating the sense of patriotism is another catalyst why the program pay off.
