Subject: My work responsibility

I have two roles, consultant and senior project leader.

My key responsibility in consultant role is to help my clients building their reliable and sustaniable talent pools, proposing the right solution to them through their needs, chanllenges and expectation in the talent management projects. Prepare the talent aggregate analysis report to enable clients understand what they are finding and what is the critical insights for them. Support and involve the leadership program like leadership architect (it is to help client frame their own competency), leadership development workshop as co-facilitator.

My another role is Senior Project Leader, in Asia Pacific. I am responsible for managing all KFHG products (assessment tools), and work with global team to keep updated with changes of client’s feedback, to make the solution and process optimization coninuously. Localized our products to fits the local markets’ practice. In the two merge processes of different tools of two firms, managing the process of each of them, communicating with internal and external about the changes to bridge the gap for all stakeholders.

Supporting and being involved in the leadership program like leadership architect, which is to help client frame their own competency, and leadership development workshop as co-facilitator is a large part of my job.

My other role is Senior Project Leader in Asia Pacific. I am responsible for managing all KFHG products (assessment tools), and working with both our global teams and the clients to ensure that both sides are updated on any changes or feedback received, to keep the talent solution and product process optimized at all times. I localize our products to fit the local markets’ practices. The coordination of the merging of assessment tool processes of the two firms, managing the processes of each of them, communicating with internal and external about the changes in order to bridge the gap for all stakeholders.
