Everything was going well for QC at WX factory last Friday. Here are my qc feedback for your reference as followingï¼›
1, Factory update:
Factory moved to new place where is closed to the former factory location. New factory is smaller than before and now they shared one building with another 2 factories together. Each floor is for one factory and WX is on the top/fourth floor. In general, it still looks clean and well organized same as before. After discussion with Mr. Chen, their business is stable now and mainly customers are still Japanese.
2, Apron:
The problem for Apron pocket size were solved by them already. We qced at least 80% aprons and just found a few apron has the pocket issue. We picked the defective aprons out and the workers fixed it already.
Logo & wash label are all good.
The dimensions on each part are all good.
Packaging method: correct. They changed the workers for our order, therefore we have to train workers again for packaging. Not bad.
Packaging: card board edge is smooth.
Carton: carton & logo printing quality are all good & the inner & master carton size is perfect.
Only one issue is the PE bag for Apron is too small. WX just received the PE bag from his vendor at that morning. He asked the vendor to exchange the PE bag. The vendor doesn’t have the right size due to the limited time. Therefore WX has to use a little bit bigger PE bag for Apron.
3, Tea Towel,
The size for the tea towel is 51x71cm that was confirmed by us.
Packaging method is correct
Logo & wash label are all correct.
No inner carton, just put 6 pieces of tea towel in one PE bag.
4, Cork Bowl,
Both cork bowls are all good. The stitch for most bowls are good and locked very well. All the bowls added lining in bowl body area, therefore the hand feeling is quite good and looks naturally.
Smell: Both Paula and I smelled bowls, all smelled good! : )
Logo: found a few logo are not nice. We pick it out and they fixed it.
Packaging: same as office sample.
Cartons: inner/master carton size is perfect!
