I am good at taking initiative.Our company has a new system called Ariba on the line ,however,no one trained(taught) me how to use this system, so when I faced some problems I must ask my colleagues for help on how to operate this system. Many details should be paid attentioned ,or the purchause requsiton would be rejucted by the approver. Engineering department is responsible for the 5 hotel renovation projects, my supervisor often go on(go out?) his business trip to Beijing for inspecting the renovation of the hotel. Every time I meet some problems i have to make calls to him directly, which means that I have to take the initiative to solve the problem
