Now I started my fourth job now. I am currently a contract assistant in contract management department, and I am responsible for dealing with project payment and contract in accordance with company rules. I think this is a very formal joint venture, but the colleagues here are conservative and rigid ,and working astomphere is not active enough.The department rarely interact with each other and expect annual meeting ,there is no any teaming buiilding at all！I consider that if I stay much longer in this place ,I can’t practice the communication ability.I am sorry about that I don;t want to complain ,but until now I still don;t know the company product exactly! The payment is much higher ,but I am not satisfied with my job now. I think the start-ups which I worked before is more focus on the Interaction between employees！

The department rarely interacts with each other except at the annual meeting and there is no team building at all！I consider that if I stay much longer in this place ,I can’t practice my communication ability. I am sorry… I don’t want to complain ,but I still don’t exactly know the company product ! The payment is much higher ,but I am not satisfied with my job now. I think the start-ups which I worked at before were more focused on the Interaction between employees！
