A big event happened today about the annual bonus in 2015. Yesterday ,the former leaders talked to us about the bonus and decided the amount of the bonus. A colleague of our team feel that the prize is less than he expected ,because the former leader moved the over—quota bonus set by company to another team. He felt so angry so he talked to our present leaders. The incumbent leader promised him to confirm this matter with the former leader.

I admire him for his courage ,but I think it’s not right acting like that way for the following reasons:

Firstly ,the former leader was his teacher and he trusts him very much. If we don’t know the fact well,we can’t betray the trust.

Secondly ,when it comes to the year awards,I believe each leader will have their own distribution ,even if we feel unfair about the allocation,we should put forward our ideas directly to the leader ,rather than to the current leader,because the former leader will be very awkward when be asked about this issue by the incumbent leader.
So ,to sum up,he is right to fight for his right,but the way would be wrong.
