To the Qingdao – to Qingdao

Twenty zero eight – two thousand eight / two thousand and eight/ oh eight

There are four big beach – four big beaches around the city

Story:

We stayed 3 days in Qingdao, first day we walked around the first beach and we spent 70 minutes to take a sailing.  It was interesting for us.  But we felt a little of afraid because the ceiling (sea) not always smoothly.  So it will let the sailing go up and down.  So my grandmother very interesting for it.

The second day we went to the loashan (?) mountain, so we took a long gondola.  It just two chairs and one click.  We afraid of high way, when my mother told to me we will  take it I told her “ no I don’t want to take it”.  But finally We tried to take it, the ski lift very long so we arrived two mountain.  (we went over two mountains) After three minutes we got to the top of the mountain, because we was in the mountain we could see the whole view of the small mountain and the buildings.  And we continued to the nother mountain.

Gondola:  similar to a ski lift, but it’s a carriage or a room where more people can sit and there are windows.  Then you’ll go up the mountain in it.

Ski lift:  a chair attached to wires to go up a mountain. (usually for skiing, but sometimes for hiking).

The second day we went to “loashan mountain”, we took a long ski lift.  The ski lift had two seats on each one.  I am afraid of heights, when my mother told me that we will take it I told her “no I don’t want to take it.”  But finally we took it, the ski lift was very long we went over two mountains.  After 13 minutes we got to the top of the mountain, we could see the whole view of the small mountain and the buildings. Next we continued to the other mountain top and saw stones that looked like people.

May Day , we have 4days to take long break, so we decided went to Qindao. I told it to my grandmother some times, she accepted our invitation. We took the air plant to there, which is the first time for her, we help that it is the first time, but it isn’t last time.

When we was in the plant, my grandmother seated behind the window, she was seeing the views of the sky, she saw the whole sun ,lots of could, and small city. I and my mother worried about her healthy before we leaved home. Fortunately, my grandmother was ok and very enjoyed this trip. The end of the trip, my grandmother told us, Qindao isn’t better than Shanghai.

It is a good chance for me stay with them. And I didn’t forget to learn English, I read English paper and magazines on the plant.

May Day, we have 4 days to take long break, so we decided to go to Qindao. I invited my grandmother  and she accepted my invitation. We took the air plane to get there, which is the first time for her, we hope it isn’t last time for her.

When we were on the plane, my grandmother sat beside the window, she saw the views of the sky, she saw the whole sun, lots of clouds, and small cities. My mother and I worried about her health before we left home. Fortunately, my grandmother was ok and really enjoyed this trip. At the end of the trip my grandmother told us that “Qindao isn’t better than Shanghai.”

It was a good chance for me to stay with them. I didn’t forget to learn English, I read an English paper and magazines on the plane.
