Speaking exercise

I am Iris, I work for a company called EL as marketing manager, I work a lot with Douyin.
I want to improve my English because I need to work with the global team and I also want to travel around the world.
I want more opportunities to learn more things and maybe someday work outside -> work abroad

In our company we have the opportunity to transfer to other countries

I only use English for email but it is rare / I rarely use English for emails

I can’t express myself clearly, the words is poor -> my vocabulary is poor
All kinds of words, I don’t have the opportunity to use English during my daily work.

I can read but I can’t listen or express myself. -> I can’t understand when someone is speaking  / my oral understanding is poor
It is slow and I need to check some words / translate some words.

when words are written I can understand 80% but if I hear I can’t / if someone is speaking it is harder.

I always to use the words in Chinese and then translate it into English  -> I make the sentences in Chinese and then translate them to English

I also watch some TV series. Recently I am watching beef.

Maybe the pronunciation I didn’t familiar -> maybe I am not familiar with the pronunciation

I think my pronunciation is average

my writing is the same as my speaking.

in July we have an event in SG and I need to take them to SG so I need to improve my English.
It is in 2 months.

we have invited people from around the world.
The top management will also speak English

I want to improve my syntax

Vocabulary
