I work in a pharmaceutical company and I work in the medicine industry./ I work in pharma.
My job is BD director. / I work as a BD director.
It is easy job you should do some deals and research projects outside your company. / research external projects.
Pharma companies research drugs in the R&D centers but all of the projects is really cost a long time and a huge of money so each company wants to buy projects outside the company to save the time and money. -> it takes a long time and costs a lot of money.
We have to to search a lot of projects and to do negotiation (n)/ negotiate (v) and evaluate and make deals and we see if we can use this project to do further development to the market. / to develop new products / to launch new products
Four years ago I was a BD manager in another company and I had to do international deals but I was only a strategy manager / I had more limited responsibilities and in that company I didn’t use my English so I only did the job in Chinese and made PPT and presentation with my leaders
For 4 years I didn’t use it.
I do BD job again / I work in BD again. and I should find a lot of projects outside China and do negotiations / negotiate
I should learn it more quickly and improve my pronunciation.
I thing the weakest part the is spoken language / My spoken English is weak/ is my weakness and my pronunciation and grammar also need help/
I think grammar is not very important for me I should speak at first and second I should let my grammar more right and perfect in the future. -> I need to focus on speaking / my priority is speaking
For Chinese students in my high school we had to read a lot of books
I think the most important part is I can’t make a sentence.
I forgot a lot of words so I should pick up it./ remember them / get them back
We should focus on common words.
if you speak more quickly I can’t follow. / I can only follow if they speak slowly

I travelled to the US in 2015
My company is a pharmaceutical company and it is the biggest in China. We are a joint venture between the Chinese government and a private foreign investor.
In our company we focus on cancer, liver and respiratory diseases. My job is focused on drugs.
we want to sell our drugs to abroad -> we want to sell our drugs abroad
The US market is the priority because it is the biggest medicine market but on the other hand it’s requirements are very high so we have to work hard.
make our drugs good and better for our competitors -> we need to improve our drugs to be better than our competitors>
We need to comply with the requirements of the FDA.
If we can comply with the requirements of the FDA we have the best quality in China because their requirements are the highest in the world / because their requirements are very strict
