I think my English is limited compared to professional expressions. -> I think my English is limited especially when it comes to professional expressions  / I don’t know the financial jargon much

I think for oral English it is better than writing of professional expressions. -> my oral English is better, for writing I struggle with professional expressions
I want to improve that and and work on presentation and communication.

Now I work with Thirdbridge / in Thirdbridge.

I am ok for talking about life but speaking professionally at work I need to improve. / casual life related conversations are ok but I need to improve my ability to speak professionally at work

My role is executive assistant  / I work as an executive assistant to 3 bosses and one of them is American.
Mostly it is internal communication with UK and US colleagues.
For the American boss we 1-1 catch up weekly, talk about the schedule. -> I have weekly meetings with the American boss to talk about the schedule

For other colleagues it is scheduling meetings, trips and communicating about the time. -> For other colleagues it is scheduling meetings, trips and finding availabilities across timezones.
For group meetings I need to take meeting minutes and actions items

I understand what they say but there are a lot of professional phrases / there is a lot of jargon so I record and review it to see if it is exactly what I listened to. / I usually record the meeting and listen to it again afterward to ensure I had a correct understanding .

For example they talk about finance. they talk about one of their clients and the problem they are facing or the stage of the relationship / the stage in the selling funnel.

So I need to put the name to the situation to match them. -> I need to describe the situation accurately 

Maybe next year I want to do real business / I want to be involved in the business and transfer to the commercial team to do account management in that case I will need to do presentations and pitches.

For the writing we only need to do communication emails.
I am not very good at long sentences and grammar. / I have difficulties writing professional emails.
I need to make emails more professional.

I really love jazz and love to dance.
I take classes 2 or 3 days a week. / 2 or 3 times a week
I helps me relaxed and refreshed. -> it helps me relax and refresh
