– Kia works in the merchandising department at Uniqlo, she barely has any chance to use English and wishes to improve her English overall for future promotion. She is good at listening and self-correction. Vocabulary and speaking are the two areas she wants to improve the most.
– She is okay with general life topics but prefers to cover work-related topics in the clothing industry. Suggest role-play and work reports for the class. She can be a little shy so try to design class contents that encourage her to speak more.
