I’m learning English for my job, I will go to Holland and Europe in June so I will have/ spend 40 days there for my work.
I am an owner of an entertainment company  / I own an entertainment company

I will lead a band to have a European tour there. / I will lead a band on their European tour.
I will practice my English for my work to talk / discuss with partners in Europe.
I want to improve the conversation.

I have some difficulties to talk, listening and write emails

I need to improve my writing and listening

I think I need more time to practice, it was good time to study but (unfortunately) I missed it.
The vocabulary is important but I can’t catch the important words in the sentence.

I have no confidence to write emails to reply

Maybe PR companies or hosts send invitations to our band to perform.
I wanna know more and more who work in the music industry

I am not sure how to spell the words
