Grammar

Have been Doing – Continuing from past until now…

Have Done – At least once, finished action

Done – Finished Action, Must ALSO be at least once if it is finished.

I’ve eaten duck neck. (at least once)

I’ve been skydiving. (maybe you don’t do it often, but you want to say you did it once before)

I have driven a car. I haven’t flown a plane

I ate duck neck. (finished eating)

I went skydiving… (I did it, usually want to know more, when, where, with who?

I drove a car from Beijing to Qingdao.    I didn’t fly a plane. (Sounds like did before, but not recently) (DOESN’T MEAN I HAVE NEVER FLOWN)

I’VE FLOWN A PLANE MANY TIMES BEFORE, BUT I DIDN’T FLY TODAY.
