Vocabulary
Realtor (n): 1- a person whose job is to arrange the sale, renting or management of homes, land and buildings for the owners.
E.g.: If you are looking for a new apartment, I can introduce you to a very good realtor I know.
Real Estate property in the form of land or buildings:
E.g.: We’re going to buy a piece of real estate.
Requirement something that you must do, or something you need:
E.g.: A good degree is a minimum requirement for many jobs.
Academy (n): 1- an organization intended to protect and develop an art, science, language, etc., or a school that teaches a particular subject or trains people for a particular job.
E.g.: He’s studying at the National Academy of Arts.
