cashing – back of your throat (no tongue)

fashion – front of your mouth (use tongue)

back = again at (place)

come back = to return (verb)

I think it is convenient
convenient to me = my opinion / perspective
convenient for me = how sth treat you

to me, you are smart = from my perspective / in my opinion
you are good for me = you help me a lot / you treat me well

alzheimers – a sickness that makes you forget recent memories (normally for elderly people)
