VIP Class Notes (Whitney) (S + R)

Homework

Read the last part of the article and make a note of the words that you do not understand:

The next 30 days:

January is a very important month! If you start right, you will be able to persevere longer! This is the key to turning good resolutions into good long-term habits.

Help yourself:

Set reminders, take notes and do everything you can to stick to your plan. But if life gets busy, be kind to yourself too! Use the two-day rule: which is to never miss more than two days of practice in a row.

For example: “I will use at least 25 words to write an English story every day.” If you’re very busy with work or family life on Wednesday, take a break, but make sure you get back into it on Thursday!
