Please note that the payment of the first Shooting ACC PO#5091023 has been arranged to supplier. There are 3 Document Delay Fee (DDF) were deducted from this payment for the 3 POs which were just shipped in April. The reason is supplier submitted the final documents later than LF’s requirement. However, this delay was caused by the shipping company who changed the ETD so client’s forwarder cannot provide the FCR in time. Please kindly review attached documents and advise your approval if these DDFs can be waived so these deductions can be refunded to the supplier.

After checked with the supplier, except the small gear bags, the qty for the rest of 3 items are far less than the MOQ 3,000pcs per item. With lesser qty to ship in multiple POs, there will be upcharges since the fixed costs and LCL fee are charged per PO.

After back and forth negotiation, the supplier has agreed to keep the price if all these qty can be consolidated into one PO and ship together with the shooting bag PO on Sept 3rd so they can be shipped in a full container.

Please kindly understand and help to revise these POs.
