this afternoon we had a meeting for over 2 hours with all department staff.
I have to be there
we have big meetings every month.
every department staff leader reports their work to our big boss.
our big boss just gives our sales department targets. every salesperson has their targets.

At every month beginning I will review the sales of last month and we can see which sales numbers from and we can get some answers or ideas on this month sales.
If we find that we have some problems to complete it we can ask our boss  to give us some events and gifts and we can take this events to go to the shop and we to meet the sales manager of the store and we talk about how can we do and reach this target.

I am the only senior sales manager.
My team has rich experience so every month they know that what they need to do .

I have high teaching skills to train good sales people.
I need 3 months to train them. but my team is the best stable team in our company.

our sales industry isn’t stable.
We found that the usually people who left had been working over 5 years or under 1 year.
people the most likely to leave are people who have been with us for more than 5 years or just over 1 year.

usually people work for 3 – 5 years in a company.
He has worked for 7 years in this company. Last job he worked over 7 year.
Sometimes I want to leave our company and I think maybe I can try something different,
I like talkshows. When I make a meeting to teach skills. half time of the meeting I teach skills and half of the time I combine with some talkshow elements. Because sales people meet different people everyday and there are a lot of special people.

Every month have a big event in the shop and at that time there are a lot of people in the store so they need to spend time to line up and pay.
There are some ladies they just buy 1 product and they told us the reason of that she come to our store to buy 1 product is we have discount. Just save a little money and they want us to give them a lot of gift.
